ANZ eGate

Payments are redirected to ANZ Egate's payment facility so we do not record your credit card details. In addition to Verified by Visa and Mastercard® SecureCodeTM, your transactions are transmitted over the Internet using 128Bit SSL encryption and PKI digital authentication.

Paypal's E-Cheque / Bank Deposit
Paypal eCheque is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. When you send money with an eCheque from an Australian Bank Account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic finds transfer clears from your bank. When you use eCheque, you don't have a credit card or alternative funding source attached to your Paypal account. In addition, using eCheque means you won't incur credit card debt, since the money comes directly out of your bank account. eCheque is like writing a cheque, only faster and more secure and done electronically via Paypal. General Direct Bank Transfer /Deposit
You are also welcome to pay via direct bank transfer from your personal online bank account or bank deposit. For direct bank transfer, you will require internet banking to login and transfer directly from your internet banking account to our bank account. For direct bank deposit, please visit your local Commonwealth Bank.
Please deposit with "Your Name - Avex" as the deposit description so that we may recognise your payment.
Payment Clearance
Paypal credit card payments and paypal direct transfers are normally cleared instantly or up to 1 working day. Paypal eCheque takes 2-3 working days.
ANZ EGate credit card payments are normally cleared instantly or up to 1 working day.
General Direct internet bank transfer deposits from the internet may take 3-4 working days.
And Bank visit direct deposits take up to 1 working day for clearance.
If you have visited the bank and your order is urgent, please email us.
Please complete your order and payment prior to 1pm M-F for next day pick up and same day* postage.

Payment on Pick Up from Health Advice Pharmacy North Ryde
Please note that if you wish to pick up your order from Health Advice Pharmacy North Ryde you will be required to show ID to collect your order. Pick up fee of $2.50 is applied on checkout. If you also wish to pay for your order on pick up, you will be required to pay in cash. Credit card and eftpos is accepted however a bank transaction fee of $0.50cents is applicable.
Orders By Fax
You are welcome to place your order by fax. Please print the blank order form and fax it to us on (02) 9808 3249. Adobe reader is necessary to open this file.
